Arrow Child and Family Ministries Maryland have been making a difference in the lives of children and families throughout Maryland for over 30 years. Arrow Child and Family Ministries is a child welfare and education service that helps vulnerable children and families heal holistically within their communities. 

Our mission is helping kids and strengthening families, keeping in mind the unique story of each individual. We do this through our various programs that include Treatment Foster Care, Enhanced Treatment Foster Care, Family Centered Treatment, our Transitional Living Program , and our Special Education program: The Arrow Center for Education schools: Hunt Valley, Tangram, Riverside, Mountain Road , and Mountain Road at Trinity Lutheran Church.
